Legal Terms and Conditions. By making this purchase, you, the buyer agrees to these terms and recognize these terms as a legal binding contract. Buyer agrees to pay in a timely manor as stated. We guarantee the stated condition, physical description, and what is included listed in the description under “what’s included” or “what’s going to be in the box”  It is the buyers responsibility to carefully read the listing and ask questions if unsure of any details. Buyer agrees to notify seller of any shipping damage with 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve with UPS! After 48 hours this is no longer an option! Any other problem must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After this 30 day period buyer agrees this item is sold “all sales final with no returns” and eBay or PayPal returns or refunds are no longer an option.  Seller will replace or refund if the item is deemed non-operational, faulty, or not as described during the 30 day period after delivery. We do not except returns for buyer remorse. We must receive return within 30 days of delivery! Tampering, alteration, disassembly, damage from drops, lightning, improper electrical connection, shorts, surges, or unprofessional installation will void any and all warranty and/or guarantees and the item cannot be returned. We will verify the actual item before shipping, record serial numbers and take pictures of the item we ship. We must set these terms because of the high dollar value of this item and the “restricted status” of the item being sold.
